Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a model of positive behavior support, empowering our young people to develop self-regulation skills and achieve greater lifelong independence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive environment, promoting social skills and relationships among our residents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, enhancing your skills and knowledge in care and education.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Care qualification.
- Previous experience in care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including shift patterns and weekends.
- Driving license (manual or automatic) is desirable.
