Residential Support Worker

The Cambian Group is a leading provider of specialist education and behavioural health services. We cater for young people and adults with additional learning needs and associated complex behaviours.
We're seeking a committed and empathetic Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our dedicated teams, you'll play a vital role in helping children learn and develop skills for life.
Our new and improved training programmes will help you develop your professional skills. You'll also learn from some of the most dedicated and inspirational people in our profession, and benefit from ongoing mentoring and support.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about improving the lives of others, a positive and consistent role model, and innovative, engaging, enthusiastic, and inspirational. You'll need to be flexible in working shift patterns on a rota basis to suit your needs, and an excellent communicator and team player.
Essential qualifications include a Level 2 or Level 3 Care qualification and previous care experience. A driving license is preferable, but not essential.
We offer a fully supported 6-month probationary period, including a mentor and line manager to help you get the best start to your career at The Cambian Group. We also offer a Level 3 RQF Child and young person's workforce qualification, free of charge.
Cambian will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates as part of a safeguarding check. This check will be purely based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children.
