About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Reading and Writing Intervention Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for literacy and a strong background in teaching or education.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of students. You will work closely with individuals and small groups, helping them to overcome literacy challenges and develop critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver targeted literacy interventions that address the specific needs of each student.
  2. Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of literacy support.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.

Salary Range: £38,000 - £50,000 per year, dependent on qualifications and experience.
