Job Description:The role of a Purchase Ledger Clerk at Vital Energi involves working with our Finance team based in Blackburn Head Office. You will be responsible for setting up new accounts and maintaining existing account details within Microsoft Dynamics, obtaining and reconciling supplier statements with top 20 Suppliers on a monthly basis, raising Debit or Credit notes as required, processing expenses & credit cards on Concur, and performing ad-hoc tasks.
About the Role:- This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager.
- You will need GCSE Grade 4 or above in Maths and English, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Jet Reports would be advantageous.
