We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead our Analytics Excellence team in driving data maturity and strategic direction at Funding Circle.
The successful candidate will have a passion for promoting self-service analytics and will work closely with the Senior Data leadership team to deliver data maturity and support the strategic direction of the Analytics Excellence team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a self-service analytics approach to data and analytics.
- Manage and lead a team of data analysts and analytical engineers to promote data maturity and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure performance across different product domains.
- Design and build a centralized data product for business KPIs and metrics.
- Develop and define data analytical excellence at Funding Circle and promote best practices in its use.
- Work with Data leaders to build data maturity through data analytic excellence, enabling data-driven decision making.
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve data fluency and problem-solving using data at Funding Circle.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, or control weaknesses that arise in the day-to-day role.
- Extensive data analytical experience and understanding of data analytical maturity in an organisation.
- Experience in delivering strategic initiatives and driving data transformation.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- BI Tooling experience, such as Tableau or Power BI.
