Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our temporary workforce at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a bank nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose a working pattern that suits your lifestyle, working in a variety of clinical settings as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Main Duties of the Job

  • Liaise with other staff and departments to promote effective working relationships and maintain high standards of care and service.
  • Act as a role model at all times.
  • Maintain a safe environment for all staff, patients, and visitors, ensuring all equipment is safe and in working order.
  • Ensure confidentiality and safekeeping of patient records.
  • Report incidents and potential risks to the sister/charge nurse.
  • Attend mandatory training and participate in continuing development and education.
  • Work flexibly to cover the needs of the service.
