We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in supporting students with Moderate Learning Needs at our partnered school in Birmingham. As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across various subjects and year groups.

Working closely with teaching staff, you will contribute to the learning environment through individualized support and the creation of learning resources. Your strong communication skills and passion for education will enable you to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with Moderate Learning Needs
  • Assist in creating learning resources and materials
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver engaging learning experiences

Requirements:

  • Level 2 qualification as a Teaching Assistant
  • Experience working with children or young adults with additional needs
  • DBS Check or willingness to undergo one
  • Comfortable with assisting in personal care tasks
  • Effective behavior management skills
