We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Compass Associates. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will play a crucial decision-making role while managing your caseload and an Assistant Psychologist.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical services to patients in our neurological rehabilitation setting
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development of our service and ensure it meets the needs of our patients and stakeholders
- HCPC Registration as a Clinical Psychologist
- Experience working in neurological settings
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A competitive salary of £80,000 - £85,000
