We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Leigh Academies Trust. As a key member of our Estates Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our academy premises.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Estates Manager in maintaining the upkeep of the academy premises, including minor repairs and refurbishment works.
- Provide porterage services and support the wider Estates Team with various duties.
- Ensure the health and safety and security of the academy, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, students, and external partners.
- Trustworthy and reliable with a flexible approach to working hours and duties.
- Physically fit and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good DIY skills and knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
- Basic IT skills and an understanding of safeguarding principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A competitive salary of £12,278 per annum (£22,714 full-time equivalent).
