BMW Retail Sales and Relationship Manager

Earn a competitive annual salary of £22,000 - £28,000 as a BMW Retail Sales and Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing relationships with customers, and driving new and used car enquiry leads.
You will be based at Stratstone Leeds, working closely with a dedicated team to achieve sales targets and provide an unforgettable experience for every customer. Your key responsibilities will include building a rapport with customers, converting appointments into sales, and developing your skills in creating great moments for customers.
As a BMW Retail Sales and Relationship Manager, you will have the opportunity to shadow a sales mentor, identify and meet customer requirements, and develop your skills in sales, customer service, and relationship-building. You will also complete a national sales Level 4 qualification and receive certification training courses for the BMW/MINI Sales Executive role.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to hold GCSE Grades A*-C / 9-4 or Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and ICT, as well as a full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
