Sales Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Retail Sales Development Representative to cover the Leeds and Batley areas, working from our Wakefield transit location. This role involves managing relationships with major supermarkets, utilizing technology to drive sales opportunities, and ensuring the timely delivery of stock to stores.
About the RoleThis position requires a positive attitude and strong relationship skills, with a focus on developing and maintaining store contact relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth through effective store management and leveraging technology to identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at major supermarkets in the Leeds and Batley areas.
- Utilize technology and data analytics to identify and pursue sales opportunities, ensuring optimal product availability on store shelves.
- Collect and deliver stock to stores in a timely manner, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and manage stock replenishment accordingly.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Right to work in the UK and a valid UK bank account.
- Full UK driving license and reliable transportation for frequent travel between stores.
- Competitive salary of £21,424 per annum, paid monthly.
- A company-provided van for personal use, complete with a fuel card for convenient refueling.
- A quarterly bonus scheme, offering up to £800 per quarter based on individual performance.
- No scheduled Sunday work, with double-time pay for Christmas shifts.
