We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in the Cumbernauld, Glasgow area. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents and leading a team of care staff to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Provide guidance and support to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Current active NMC Pin
- Experience in dementia care and leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on residents' lives
- Competitive hourly rate of £18.90
