Satchell Moran Solicitors Limited is a specialist Civil Litigation firm based in Liverpool, seeking to expand its First Response Team.

We have a highly experienced team of Solicitors renowned for their expertise in Civil Litigation, particularly in Civil Actions against the Police, Housing Disrepair claims, and Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence.

We are looking to recruit new team members for our First Response team with an immediate start available.

Although experience is preferred, no experience is necessary as full training will be provided. We offer an OTE exceeding £25,000, with a generous Bonus Structure.

This is a fast-paced role with the potential to earn a high bonus every month as our bonus structure is performance-based.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with all outbound and inbound calls from/to new/existing clients to take full instructions in relation to potential claims;
  • Gathering the required information/documentation from the client to assess whether the case meets our acceptance criteria;
  • Setting up new files using the Proclaim case management system;
  • Dealing with tasks;
  • Maintaining a professional call handling technique in a calm and timely manner;
Personal Specification:
  • Experience working within a call centre/phone-based customer service/reception environment is preferred;
  • Computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office programmes;
  • Data entry experience would be beneficial;
  • Experience within a law firm would be beneficial;
Job Types:

Pay:

£19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
