About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Customer Services Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on tax-related matters.
  • Assist customers with tax payments and calculations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Working Arrangements

We offer a flexible working environment, with the opportunity to work from home two days a week. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a maximum of one late shift per week and six Saturdays per year.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
