Job Title: Maritime Account Strategist

About the Role:

At Windward, we're looking for a seasoned Maritime Account Strategist to join our UK office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

- Manage client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experience and driving retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand customer relationships and increase sales
- Analyze customer needs and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with customer success platforms and tools, such as Salesforce
