About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Fulbourn Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team to provide high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement engaging learning activities and environments that meet the needs of all children
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Ensure the nursery environment is safe, happy, and stimulating for children
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures
