Job Title: Early Years Practitioner Level 3

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Fulbourn Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities for children aged 0-5 years, promoting their development and well-being.

You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment, ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children, tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children, adhering to all relevant legislation and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive nursery environment, promoting diversity and equality.
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and relevant legislation.
