Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Early Years Bank Staff Member to join our team at one of our nurseries in Cambridge. As a Bank Staff Member, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time basis, choosing when you want to work and how many hours you want to commit to.
Key Responsibilities
- Support nursery colleagues in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, engaging children in play and activities that promote their development and learning.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe, happy, and healthy environment for children.
- Ensure the safeguarding and protection of children, adhering to our policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the overall success of the nursery, working flexibly to meet the needs of the children and the team.
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
