Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner Level 3 to join our team at Bright Horizons Fulbourn Day Nursery and Preschool.
About the RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner Level 3, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, promoting their development towards key milestones.
You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment, ensuring the welfare, protection, health, and safety of the children in your care.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging activities for children, promoting their development and well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress.
- Ensure the nursery environment is safe, healthy, and stimulating, adhering to all relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the nursery's goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or similar setting.
- A passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
- A strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and relevant legislative requirements.
