About the RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities for children aged 0-5 years, promoting their development and well-being.
You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment, ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children, tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children, adhering to all relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive nursery environment, promoting diversity and equality.
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or early years setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and relevant legislation.
