About the Role


At Tesco, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Associate in our Evesham store team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile on their face.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
  • Assist customers with product queries, returns, and exchanges, ensuring that they are satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and display standards, maintaining a high-quality appearance throughout the store.
  • Participate in stock replenishment, facing, and rotation tasks, ensuring that products are easily accessible and visible to customers.
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions efficiently, providing excellent customer service while handling payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and exchanges, utilizing our systems to provide real-time information.


What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £12.02 per hour, rising to £13.15 for M25 stores, plus additional payments based on location and skills.
  • A guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, with flexibility to work fewer hours (minimum 12) and still receive benefits.
