We are seeking a skilled Education Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to learning difficulties or mental health challenges.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide one-on-one support, guiding students through academic and personal challenges. They will also collaborate with experienced SEN professionals, gaining valuable insights and experience in the education and mental health sectors.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing personalized support to SEN students
  • Collaborating with SEN professionals to deliver effective support
  • Buidling strong relationships with students to empower them to succeed

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive pay rate of $30,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.

You will be working within a supportive team environment, making a meaningful impact on the lives of young people. If you are passionate about supporting others and have a positive attitude, patience, and a passion for education, we encourage you to apply.
