Community Outreach Program Coordinator

**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated Community Outreach Program Coordinator to join our team at Somerset Activity and Sports Partnership. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering community-focused initiatives that promote education and sports development.
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community outreach programs to engage local communities in education and sports development.
- Work with local schools and colleges to identify and address educational needs.
- Deliver classroom-based and practical coaching sessions to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
- Build relationships with local stakeholders to promote our initiatives and programs.
- Represent us at community events and meetings to promote our mission and values.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A background in education or sports development would be advantageous.
