Director of Sales and Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team in Western Europe. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing long-term relationships with customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our market share, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the paper industry, a proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding targets, strong knowledge of the European market and its trends, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
Fluent English language skills are required, and Chinese language skills are an asset. Possession of a valid driver's license is also necessary, as well as the ability to travel up to 60% of the time within the assigned territory. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in Western Europe;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives;

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Estimated Salary
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
