Inclusive Learning Mentor

Milestone Academy is a dedicated SEN school seeking an Inclusive Learning Mentor to join their team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with QTS, SEND experience, and a commitment to safeguarding and pupil progress. As a member of The Supply Register team, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced educators and support the development of pupils with special educational needs.
Responsibilities:- • Develop and implement outstanding learning experiences for communication and independence skills
- • Collaborate with colleagues to create a warm and positive learning environment
- • Lead a team of teaching assistants to support pupil needs
- • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required
- • SEND experience essential
- • Dedicated to welfare, safeguarding, and progress of every child
- • Supportive staff team and governing body
- • Thorough induction and training opportunities
- • Recognition of skills, enthusiasm, and desire to succeed
The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
