About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a dedicated Graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Specialist. As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs to reach their full potential.

You will have the opportunity to work in a small class environment, collaborating with teaching staff and support staff to deliver specific interventions. You will also work alongside a qualified Speech and Language Therapist, gaining valuable experience in a SEN setting.

Requirements:

  • No previous experience is required, but a Psychology/Criminology/Social Science degree is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A caring, compassionate approach
  • Ability to build effective relationships with students
  • Willingness to work 1:1 and in small groups

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £90-£110 per day, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:00, term time only. Excellent on-site training, support, and CPD are provided to ensure safeguarding of all students.
