Job Title: National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Lyca Mobile Group. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth across our retail partners, seeking new business opportunities, and creating and implementing an effective sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our roster of partners
  • Manage sales and channel promotion activities to drive growth
  • Grow new direct and indirect sales channels, negotiate and finalize distribution agreements
  • Develop new propositions and commercial packages to develop business
  • Implement upselling for existing product portfolio and future product proposals
  • Discuss and negotiate new products, review pricing and promotions, reach and location
  • Develop counter actions on market activities, stimulate and drive new orders on a daily basis
  • Maintain and update the weekly sales pipeline and track performance of regional distributor accounts

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience within a similar capacity
  • Comfortable with presenting to national accounts and managing relationships
  • Previous experience within Telecoms is desirable, but not necessary
  • Numbers driven, goal orientated and sales driven
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders/clients
  • Builds strong networks
