About the Role

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join our team at one of our client schools in Lincoln.

As a Psychology Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and academic progress of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students facing academic challenges or emotional difficulties.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior and enhance learning outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments and observations to identify individual student needs and tailor interventions accordingly.
  • Work with parents, teachers, and external professionals to create comprehensive support plans for students with special educational needs.
Requirements
  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Passion for working with children and young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to empathize and build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
