The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive sustainable energy solutions and contribute to the company's success, particularly with its extensive project pipeline of 15 further plants, six of which are currently under construction, valued at approximately £25 million each.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise advanced process simulations and technical assessments to improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
- Leverage your understanding of gasification, pyrolysis, combustion, and other energy conversion technologies to drive innovative solutions and optimise processes.
- Conduct on-site evaluations, data gathering, and analysis to pinpoint operational hurdles and craft impactful solutions.
Requirements:
- A degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a relevant field.
- A track record of designing and optimising energy conversion processes.
- Strong command of engineering tools for thermodynamic analysis, flowsheet modelling, and equipment sizing.
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
