Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling a high volume of calls and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves liaising with clients, financial advisers, and third parties to process instructions and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering client calls and responding to requests in a professional manner
- Providing administrative support for clients and field force
- Working closely with the team to achieve excellent customer service results

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is essential
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- PC literate with experience using Microsoft packages
- Strong attention to detail
