We are looking for enthusiastic customer service advisors for a professional services company based in the heart of Bromley. Training provided on the product but to be considered for this role, you will need to have worked in a customer service environmentsuch as an office, retail, fitness, hospitality etc.
**Customer Service Advisor responsibilities will include**:
- First point of contact, taking a large volume of calls (40 to 70 per day) from customers
- Liaising with clients, financial advisers and third parties to process and administer instructions and enquiries
- Providing administrative support for customers and field force
- Working as part of a team
**Customer Service Advisor skills and experience required**:
- Previous experience within a customer service environment either in an office or retail/hospitality setting
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise to meet business deadlines
- Good computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
This is an exciting opportunity for a positive and passionate individual looking for a customer service role with a financial services organisation. Full training on product but you will need strong customer service skills. You will be working in a customerservice team that value their clients highly.
