In this rewarding role, you will work alongside experienced clinicians in our vibrant community-based team, providing essential support to individuals struggling with mental health issues.
About the Position- You will be responsible for delivering low-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy interventions, utilising your expertise to promote patient recovery and well-being.
- The post-holder will contribute to the assessment and support of clients with common mental health problems, developing effective programmes of care.
- Deliver high-volume, low-intensity interventions, consisting of CBT-based self-management therapies, to clients with anxiety and depression.
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments, guided self-help treatments, and maintain accurate records of clinical activity.
- Ensure clear objectives are identified, discussed, and reviewed regularly with senior therapists, fostering ongoing professional development.
- Qualification from a PWP training course (e.g. Post Graduate Diploma in Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Interventions).
- Psychology or other health-related undergraduate degree.
- Experience working in an IAPT service or similar, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
£35,964 to £43,780 per annum, inclusive of all benefits, including generous pay, pensions, and leave. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, prioritising work-life balance and staff well-being.
