About the Role

The North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) to join our team in delivering mental health support services to children and young people in schools and colleges across Warrington.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality mental health support and wellbeing services to children and young people in educational settings.
  2. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to identify and address mental health needs.
  3. Design and implement individualized interventions to promote positive mental health and wellbeing.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a qualification in Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions with children and young people.
