About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Specialist Support Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and embedding person-centred assessment and intervention in line with Positive Behaviour Support approaches, as well as supporting the development of Certitude's local offer through training and coaching in PBS.

Key Qualifications:
  • To hold a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Positive Behaviour Support, Behaviour Analysis or Autism/Learning Disability.
  • To have experience of using functional assessments and developing PBS strategies, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

A salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum is available for this position.
