About the Role

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and innovative Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. As a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our team, working with young people with communication difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of young people with complex communication needs
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to support transitions to adult services
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues to provide integrated care
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to colleagues
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects
