About the Role:

MCG Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Manager to join our team. As a Nursing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of clinical standards and providing strategic, professional, and operational leadership to the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to maintain a high level of clinical standards
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement practice policies and group policies
  • Manage a team of 7 nurses to ensure a happy and efficient working environment
  • Provide a nursing voice at a senior level and contribute to the development of the practice

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Nursing Manager or in a similar leadership role
