Clinical Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Administrator to join our team at Capita Recruiting Partnering Project. As a Clinical Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process for the British Army.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct medical screening tests, including audiometry, vision testing, colour perception, height, weight, body mass index, peak flow, spirometry, Electrocardiograph (ECG), and urinalysis.
- Ensure medical documents required for medical screening are available in a timely manner.
- Process ID and proof of address documentation.
- Ensure all results are accurately documented in an appropriate format, both written and electronically.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals and external agencies on questions regarding medical standards.
- Typing letters, filing, and photocopying, and responding to email queries.
- Must be IT literate and comfortable using in-house databases.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Previous administration experience or experience within a medical environment is highly desirable.
- Flexible and adaptable to working environments.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Comfortable in carrying out physical checks on potential recruits.
- A competitive salary of £25,000.
