eTeam is a dynamic organization based in Cumbria, UK, seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Assistant to support our training and development initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering learning and development solutions to maximize company capability, analyzing learning and development needs, and providing administrative support to the mentoring scheme.

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,500 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract, record, and present information from Personal Development Plans on capability & L&D needs.
  • Support the Senior Technical Competency Training Manager in analysing learning and development needs linked to annual appraisal process.
  • Administer training and medical records for the organization and contractors where necessary.
