Reservations Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Agent to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle phone calls and email enquiries related to new and existing bookings
  • Generate bookings in accordance with our procedures

  • Process brochure requests
  • Achieve minimum agreed sales targets
  • Process rebookings, changes, and cancellations
Requirements:
  • Travel industry reservations experience is a must, ideally for a tour operator
  • Previous experience working to and achieving personal sales targets
  • Knowledge of both long and short haul destinations
  • Exceptional level of customer service
