This is a critical, high-impact role where your main focus will be on developing tools, streamlining processes, enhancing automation and more, all aimed at boosting the productivity of developers within the firm.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with development teams to identify bottlenecks and design innovative solutions to address them
  • Build and implement tools & automation strategies designed to streamline workflows, enhance code quality, and reduce time to deployment
  • Develop scalable, reliable, high-quality clean code
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong engineering fundamentals, with a deep understanding of software development processes, and of the end-to-end development lifecycle
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining tools & systems that enhance developer workflows
  • Proficiency in relevant automation technologies, e.g. Python, Jenkins, Git
  • Solid programming skills in C#, C++, C and Python
