Key Responsibilities
  • Booking jobs onto the system and ensuring all necessary details are recorded accurately
  • Overseeing and responding to the shared mailbox
  • Arranging hire equipment and coordinating logistics for jobs
  • Planning the schedule for electricians, optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime
  • Updating clients on the progress of works, maintaining clear and effective communication
  • Sending completed paperwork onto clients
  • Raising and sending invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensuring all SLAs set by the client are met
  • Ensuring compliance is up to date and accurate
  • Dealing with enquiries and queries promptly and professionally
