Advanced Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Physiotherapist to join our Cardiothoracic team. As a specialist in cardiac rehabilitation, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with complex physical conditions.
About the Role- Work as an autonomous practitioner, providing specialist clinical duties in a defined clinical area.
- Deliver physiotherapy services to patients with multi-pathology and complex needs, using evidence-based patient-centered principles.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to physiotherapists, students, and non-registered staff.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions for patients with complex physical conditions.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies.
- Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC registration.
- Specialist training/courses to Postgraduate Diploma level.
- CSP membership.
- Highly developed physical skills relevant to Cardio-Thoracic surgery and Cardiology.
- Excellent communication skills with healthcare professionals and the public.
- Adaptive/flexible team player.
