Job Description

Willis Global Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in the London Heathrow area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the export and import processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective dispatch of shipments.
  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate costs and manage documentation for import activities.
  • Manage Customs Entries and ensure compliance with UK Customs Law and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and ensure billing is completed within required KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced import/export operations department for a logistics specialist/freight forwarder/courier.
  • Customs Declaration Service (CDS) knowledge and a solid background in UK Customs law and procedures.
  • Cargowise experience preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Ability to handle AWBs and clear shipments as required.
