**Uniserve** is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Air Exports Administrator. This apprenticeship opportunity offers comprehensive training and hands-on experience in the field of air exports logistics. As an Apprentice Air Exports Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our air exports operations, ensuring the smooth and timely movement of goods across international borders.

**The role requires**:

- Assist in coordinating air exports shipments, including booking cargo space, arranging transportation, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and carriers to facilitate the export process and provide updates on shipment status.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and related correspondence in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of export documentation, such as Mawbs, Hawb, and customs declarations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support the Air Exports team in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the export process, liaising with relevant stakeholders to find timely solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of export processes and procedures, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge of air exports operations and develop key skills for future career advancement.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics, with a minimum grade C or above.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to learning and problem-solving.
- A keen interest in logistics, international trade, or supply chain management is desirable but not essential.
