Job Title: NetApp Storage Systems Engineer
Job Summary: Regal Cloud is seeking a skilled NetApp Storage Systems Engineer to manage, upgrade, and monitor storage environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Management & Execution: Oversee and execute the management of NetApp systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- NetApp Data ONTAP & Firmware: Perform upgrades and provide expert recommendations.
- NetApp Operations Manager (OM): Implement and upgrade OM, while monitoring storage and data management systems.
- Hardware Diagnostics & Replacement: Conduct on-site diagnostics and handle the replacement of hardware components as needed.
- Case Resolution Facilitation: Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution of cases.
- Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
- Regular Reviews: Participate in regularly scheduled reviews with the customer to assess system performance and issues.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of the NetApp storage environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with NetApp storage systems, particularly Data ONTAP.
- Strong knowledge of NetApp Operations Manager.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to document and present findings clearly.
Location & Working Arrangements: The role will be based in a flexible hybrid working environment.
