About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Planner to join our team at Yorkshire Water. As a key member of our Service Delivery Centre, you will play a critical role in delivering operational excellence across our clean water network assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver operational excellence across all clean water network assets with customer service at the forefront.
  • Use a high level of technical knowledge to remotely optimize the network.
  • Continually look to improve our processes and way of working.
  • Manage working hours of the field on standby in accordance with the Working Time Directive.
  • Build strong working relationships with operational teams to maintain high levels of performance.
  • Be environmentally conscious when considering all elements of the water cycle.
  • Actively monitor and coordinate response to customer contacts, considering any customer performance impacts.
  • Ensure all work is validated, optimized, and jeopardy managed before allocation to Field/Service Partner/Out of Hours resources.

  • A competitive salary of £35,706 to £44,633 per annum, depending on experience.
