Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Academics Ltd in Slough. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting children with social and emotional mental health needs.

About the Role

This is a full-time position starting ASAP or in September, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4 pm. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology, although other subjects will also be considered.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children and staff. Experience working with special needs is essential, and a graduate-level qualification would be beneficial.
