Job Title: Building Control Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Control Team Leader to join our team at Futures Recruitment Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Building Control function and ensuring that all buildings adhere to the highest standards of health, safety, sustainability, energy conservation, accessibility, and design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional Building Control functions across our jurisdiction and partnering initiatives.
- Manage a team of Building Inspectors and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Building Control function.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that our Building Control function is aligned with the needs of our clients and the community.

Requirements:

- Registered Building Inspector with the Building Safety Regulator at Classes 2A, B, C, D, E, and F.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in IT, with the ability to use essential office programs to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
