Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our residential home for children and young people. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to children and young people
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to each young person's unique needs
  • Manage budgets and expenses while ensuring financial responsibility
  • Cultivate positive relationships between the care team, young people, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure all recorded information meets statutory requirements and remains of high quality
  • Collaborate with internal and external professionals to meet the care needs of young people
