Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

Are you a seasoned Children's Home Manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for supporting vulnerable young people and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care?

About the Role:
  • Manage a 4-bedded residential care home for children and young people aged 11-18
  • Support young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours
  • Work closely with a full-settled staff team to develop and implement care plans
  • Collaborate with HR to recruit and manage staff, ensuring a skilled and dedicated team
  • Partner with Regulatory Inspectors to ensure compliance with OFSTED standards and achieve positive outcomes for young people
  • Based in Burnley, with a full-time permanent contract
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary package up to £59,500
  • Up to £45,000 basic salary, plus £14,500 in bonuses
  • A £7,500 welcome bonus
  • A £5,000 OFSTED rating bonus
  • A £1,000 qualification bonus
  • A £1,000 occupancy bonus
